Caspian Technology Group, LLC operates Persian Waves: Live Radio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app and website.
Information we collect
Persian Waves: Live Radio is designed to function without requiring you to create an account. We do not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information through the app unless you choose to contact us for support.
Support communications
If you email us, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records related to support, legal, or safety needs.
Station streams and third-party services
The app may connect to third-party radio streams and public station directories. Those third parties may receive technical information, such as your IP address, as part of normal internet streaming. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not by Caspian Technology Group, LLC.
Analytics and diagnostics
At launch, the app is intended to avoid collecting personal analytics beyond standard platform diagnostics that may be provided by Apple or the App Store. If analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or other third-party SDKs are added later, this policy should be updated before release of that version.
Children’s privacy
Persian Waves: Live Radio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention
Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to requests, improve the app, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You may contact us to request deletion of support communications or ask privacy-related questions, subject to legal and operational limitations.
