Caspian Technology Group, LLC respects intellectual property rights. Persian Waves: Live Radio is intended to help users access publicly available radio streams. If you believe a station, stream, image, name, or other material in the app infringes your rights, please contact us.

How to submit a request

Email: support@caspiantechnologygroup.cloud

Please include:

• Your full name and organization, if applicable
• Your contact email address
• The station name, stream URL, or app content at issue
• A description of the copyrighted or protected work
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, agent, or law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

Station removal requests

If you operate a radio station and do not want your public stream listed in Persian Waves: Live Radio, email us with the station name, stream URL, and proof that you are authorized to act for the station. We will review and respond as appropriate.

Repeat concerns

We may remove or disable access to streams or related content when we determine that doing so is appropriate.
